Minimum Order Requirements

When placing an order, you are submitting a request for a quote. Our team will double-verify availability and a dedicated sales representative will follow up with you directly.

Shipping with Care
Sester Farms is committed to ensuring our superior plant material arrives in the best condition possible. To protect every shipment, we use refrigerated trucks, include a temperature recorder, and secure plants with professional packing materials inside the trailer.

Transfer of Ownership
Once plants are loaded, they become the buyer’s plant material. This ensures full transparency and proper handling responsibility after departure.

Flexible Loading Options
We are glad to accommodate your needs:

• Full or partial truckloads shipped directly from our farm.

• Or, if preferred, we will load plants onto a truck furnished by the customer.

Payment Terms
All orders are cash unless credit has been approved in advance. To establish credit, all customers must have a customer/credit application on file.

Standard Policy

• The balance is due 10 days prior to shipment unless credit terms have been granted.

• When terms are granted, they are Net 30.

• Any past-due account will automatically revert to prepay terms.

Late Fees
A service charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all past-due balances.
